Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has noted the need to deepen and intensify cooperation between Ukraine and Russia.

“The strategic cooperation with Russia has been and remains one of
the priorities of our government’s foreign policy. Our cooperation has
been extending and becoming as specific as possible. Very important
steps have been made to deepen cooperation in various sectors of the
economy,” the prime minister said opening the Cabinet’s meeting on
July 11.

“The present dictates new conditions. We need to deepen and intensify our cooperation,” the premier said.
