Kyiv Post's Best of Kyiv 2010:Park Lane
Kyiv Post readers evidently have expensive tastes, as they chose elite real estate agency Park Lane as the top in its category in Kyiv.
Part of First Realty Group, to which Best of Kyiv nominee Blagovest also belongs, Park Lane specializes in upscale apartment and commercial office rental and sales. It also sells elite homes in and around Kyiv.
Prices start at $3,000 per month for rentals and $300,000 for home purchases.
It has a vast and user-friendly website where visitors can compare prices in all 10 Kyiv districts and the surrounding suburbs. As the Kyiv Post went to print, Park Lane had more than 27,000 real estate properties in Kyiv available in its database.
It has six convenient, centrally located offices, the first two of which opened their doors in 2006 on Yaroslaviv Val and Pushkinska streets. It opened its last three offices in the downturn years of 2008-2010, when the real estate market nosedived as banks practically stopped lending.
It employs more than 500 realty brokers and consultants and its staff estimates it has the second largest share of Kyiv’s realty market.
In November, Park Lane announced it accounted for 7.5 percent of all rental transactions on Kyiv’s real estate market.
Park Lane is a member of the Association of Realtors of Ukraine as well Real Estate Specialists Union of Ukraine.
