Chernihiv, May 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The door of Russia's honorary consulate in Chernihiv has been sprayed with black paint, the staff of the mission said.
"We confirm that the incident did take place, but we cannot comment on it so far," a Russian diplomat told Interfax.
"We hope police are investigating," he said.
The local police department has not received any complaints from the Russian diplomatic mission, the department said.
