A boiler exploded in the production department of the Pivdenny Machine Building Plant (Dnipropetrovsk) on Friday, July 11, killing one person and injuring three more, a source in the space industry has told Interfax-Ukraine.
“According to preliminary reports, three were injured in the explosion, and one was killed,” the source said.
The State Space Agency of Ukraine confirmed the incident at the plant: “Reports about the incident, its circumstances and victims are being clarified.”
