The Izvaryne and Pivnichny checkpoints have opened corridors for refugees, according to head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic Valery Bolotov.
‘Refugees can freely leave the combat zone through the Izvaryne and Pivnichny checkpoints,’ Bolotov said at a press conference on July 4.
‘The militia has arranged humanitarian corridors for refugees there,’ he added.
