Brilliant Green dye was sprayed on Batkivschyna parliamentary faction MP Arsen Avakov near the entrance of the Court of Appeals of Kharkiv region, where Kharkiv's Kyivsky District Court hears the criminal case against former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on the activities of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation.
