The Ukrainian government intends to increase the payments to the families of law enforcers, who died during the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in Donbas, to the same amount that is paid to families of soldiers, who died in ATO, Ukrainian Prime Minster Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said.

“Today we’re making a decision to increase the payouts for the employees of law enforcement agencies from Hr 150,000 to Hr 609,000,” he said when opening a meeting of the government on Nov. 5.
