Moscow - The next ministerial-level meeting in a Russia-Ukraine-EU format on Kyiv implementing the association agreement with the European Union is scheduled for Sept. 12, Russia's Permanent Representative to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov said.

“Such a meeting at the ministerial level has been held indeed.
Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev participated on our
behalf, on Ukraine’s side it was not his Ukrainian counterpart but
Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, and trade Commissioner de Gucht from the
EU,” Chizhov said during a video conference Moscow-Brussels on Friday, Aug. 1.

“It has been agreed at this meeting that Russia will send two other
countries the list of our concerns related to the potential risks for
the Russian economy and economy of Russian partners in the Customs Union
from the agreement implementation. Such a list has been composed and we
will submit it within days to the European Commission and Ukrainian
government,” the diplomat said.

Throughout August experts will study these proposals, Chizhov said.
“And the next ministerial meeting is scheduled for Sept. 12,” he
said.
