Сhurch's Chicken, a large U.S. fast food operator, in the first quarter of 2013 will open its first two establishments in Ukraine in Kyiv's trade and entertainment centers Dream Town and Ocean Plaza.

“The U.S. international network, Texas Chicken (Church’s Chicken), has started work on the Ukrainian market. The first restaurants of the chain will be opened in the Dream Town and Ocean Plaza trade centers in Kyiv in the first quarter of 2013,” reads a review of the commercial real estate market in Ukraine for the fourth quarter of 2012 prepared by DTZ (Kyiv).

The press service of the Ukrainian Trade Guild consulting company (Kyiv), the exclusive broker of Ocean Plaza, told Interfax-Ukraine that a Texas Chicken fast food restaurant would be located on the zero level of the center and occupy 75.7 square meters.

In addition, DTZ said that in late 2012 the first cafe of Hesburger, the largest fast food chain in Finland, opened in the Globus trade center in Kyiv.

The Texas Chicken fast food chain was founded in Texas in 1952. Church’s company has hundreds of franchise companies in various countries, operating under the brands of Church’s Chicken and Texas Chicken.
