Luhansk – Sixteen civilians have been killed and 66 others wounded in artillery fire in Luhansk over the past 24 hours, the Luhansk city council reports. 

“Sixteen civilians, including three women and 13 men, have been killed and 66 others wounded as a result of the continued shelling of Luhansk,” the council said on its website on Saturday.

“Ambulances have carried out 156 missions over the past 24 hours,” it said.

Thirty-six residential houses and other installations have been damaged over this period, it said.
