Ukraine's Constitutional Court has not yet opened the proceedings into a query by 54 MPs concerning the procedure for the holding of repeat parliamentary elections in five single-seat constituencies, where the Central Election Commission was not able to establish the results of the past October 28 2012 parliamentary elections.
