DONETSK - Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner Nils Muiznieks has arrived in Donetsk and visited a local clinic and the neighborhood of Zhovtnevy, an official from the Kuibyshevsky district administration in Donetsk told journalists.
“The commissioner came to Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district and the Zhovtnevy neighborhood and visited hospital No. 21,” he said.
