The district administrative court in Kyiv on March 14, 2014 satisfied a claim of Public Prosecutor's Office and terminated a resolution of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, under which law-enforcement agencies of Crimea are re-subordinated to the illegally appointed head of the Supreme Council of Crimea Serhiy Aksionov.

“According to part 5 of Article 118 of the Code of Administrative
Court Proceedings, the court verdict on the provision of the
administrative claim is executed immediately,” reads a report of the
Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office said that taking into account the
termination of the above-mentioned decision of the Supreme Council of
Crimea by the court, actions aimed at its execution taken by any persons
are illegal and are considered as actions taken without correspondent
legal grounds.
