Court to continue considering case on death of student Indylo on Dec. 20

Desniansky District Court of Kyiv on December 20 will continue considering a criminal case against two police officers from Shevchenkivsky District Police Office accused of abuse of office and dereliction of duty that caused the death of Kyiv student Ihor Indylo. At the court's meeting on Wednesday, one of the defendants Serhiy Kovalenko has submitted a petition for postponing the hearing due to the fact that he terminated a contract with his lawyer, and the new one has not been concluded yet. The court granted this request and postponed the hearing until December 20.
