Acting Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Koval has not confirmed information reported by mass media outlets that there were armored vehicles with Russian flags in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk in Donetsk region, deputy of the UDAR faction Serhiy Kunitsyn said.
“The defense minister has not confirmed this information,” Kunitsyn
told reporters on Wednesday on the sidelines of a closed Verkhovna Rada
meeting.
The defense minister has not confirmed reports that Ukrainian servicemen took the sides of protesters as well, Kunitsyn said.
“He has not confirmed the information that they switched to the other side,” he said.
