The Democratic Front political party has officially declared a change in its name and leader, the press service of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine has reported on Tuesday.
Thus, according to the report of the Justice Ministry, the name of the Democratic Front political party was changed to the "Front for Change Political Party".
Andriy Ivanchuk was elected the new leader of the party.
The relevant decision was taken at a special sitting of the Democratic Front political party on September 23, 2009.
The Democratic Front political party was registered by the Justice Ministry on June 26, 2007.
There is also the Front for Change public initiative in Ukraine headed by Arseniy Yatseniuk.
