You're reading: Deputy Prime Minister Voschevsky to head inter-agency working group on preparation for heating season

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has ordered that an inter-agency working group on preparation for the new heating season be created and Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Voschevsky head it, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported.

“Upon the order of Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, an inter-agency working group on preparation for autumn-winter season will be created. This agency will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Voschevsky,” reads the statement on the results of the meeting of the anti-crisis energy headquarters.

The press service noted that the provision on creation of the inter-agency group would be considered at the next sitting of the government. The group is to meet once a week.

In addition, PM ordered that Voschevsky supervise the issue of creating commissions to account for electricity and gas by regional state administrations.
