Deputy Head of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration Borys Filatov has offered the reward to Donbass citizens for giving up weapons and delivering saboteurs.

“Our Russian-speaking brothers from Donbass. [They are] perplexed.
[They have] lost direction and bought the sweet promises of scoundrels.
We have an offer… For delivering every ‘little green man,’ aka
mercenary, who set foot on our common soil to make us start a
fratricidal war, the reward is $10,000,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

In addition, he offers the reward of $1,000-2,000 for giving up weapons.

“For every liberated building handed over to the local authorities
and under control of a special company ‘Donbass’ of ‘Dnepr’ (Dinpro)
battalion, the reward is $200,000 (with the free access for the
territorial Community at any moment),” Filatov said.

Details and places of money delivering and contact numbers will be
announced in a special statement by the National Defense Headquarters on
Thursday, according to him.

Filatov also noted that first detachments of the special battalion
“Dnepr” had already been formed and were ready to complete battle
missions; and checkpoints had been installed.
