Moscow – Militants of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have withdrawn artillery from the line of engagement in accordance with the Minsk memorandum, a spokesman for the 'Novorossiya' army headquarters told Interfax on Tuesday.

‘Militia units, acting in compliance with the existing agreements, have pulled back artillery weapons from the line of contact,’ the spokesman said.
