The head of the mobilization unit of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Pavlo Hubarev, has said the DPR has no plans to conduct total mobilization.
“So far we are not planning to conduct compulsory mobilization. We are counting on volunteers,” he told Interfax.
“About 1,000 people have signed up to join us in the past week,” Hubarev added.
