The prime minister of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Borodai, said Kyiv is not observing the declared truce.

“We held talks on ceasefire with the contact group of Ukrainian
representatives yesterday. All this has turned out to be utter bluff.
Kyiv has not stopped the war. Shelling attacks were launched on
Sloviansk and Snizhne today. There is fighting at the Donetsk airport.
There are casualties on both sides,” Borodai said on Tuesday.

He said talks with Kyiv would only be possible if Ukraine pulls all of its troops out of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
