Donetsk - Exchange of POWs between the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and the Kyiv authorities is postponed until Sept. 11, a DPR representative said.

An official with the Defense Ministry of the Donetsk People’s Republic told reporters no reasons have been given for the postponement of the exchange, which was initially scheduled for Sept. 10.

“Everything is cancelled today. The exchange is postponed until tomorrow,” the official said.

The two sides were expected to exchange 36 for 36 POWs on Sept. 10, the DPR said.
