Donetsk - The unlawful armed groups of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and the Ukrainian government each released 38 war captives on Saturday, Sept.20 in one more prisoner swap, an Interfax correspondent reported.
Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe representatives were present at the event.
