Eleven Ukrainian troops were killed and 41 were wounded in the area of the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, Andriy Lysenko, spokesman for the information and analytical center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, told a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday, Aug. 13.
