Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has said that the European Union should admit after declaring the murder of Mykola Zelenec, Lithuania’s Honorary Consul, a terrorists' act that terrorists' acts are committed by members of terrorists' organizations.

“EU admitted that the murder of Zelenec was a terrorists’ act. I want that our partners make the next logical step: admit that terrorists’ acts are committed by members of terrorists’ organizations,” he wrote on his Twitter page on Aug. 23.
