The EU, Russia and Ukraine are ready to hold a trilateral meeting on gas issues in the German capital on September 26, Bloomberg reported on Sept. 22, citing a statement by the European Union.
Last week, the date and venue of these talks were disclosed by Olena
Mischenko, spokeswoman for the Ukrainian energy and coal industry
minister.
“This date suits all sides,” she quoted Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan as saying.
Earlier, different dates were named for the alleged resumption of
trilateral gas talks in September, but they were not confirmed by all
stakeholders.
