EU grants action plan on visa-free travel to Ukraine (VIDEO)

Brussels, Nov. 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The European Union gave Ukraine an Action Plan on visa-free travel during the Ukraine-EU Summit in Brussels on Monday. The summary on the results of the summit reads that the leaders approved the Action Plan on the liberalization of the visa regime for Ukraine.

"The Action Plan defines all technical conditions that should be fulfilled by Ukraine for progress in the implementation of the visa-free regime as a long-term perspective for short-term traveling abroad by Ukrainian citizens," reads the statement.

According to the statement, the implementation of the plan "will start at once and will be systematically monitored by both sides."
