The European Union has not yet made a final decision as to whether to file a lawsuit against Russia with the World Trade Organization (WTO) over Moscow's decision to suspend food imports from EU countries, Head of the EU Delegation to Russia Vygaudas Usackas says.
“This issue is being discussed in the context of potential damage that
European producers or farmers could incur, but there is no final
decision at the moment yet. But we are ready to use all legal tools
available to defend European business people’s interests,” Usackas said
in an interview with Interfax.
