Brussels - The European Union's Foreign Affairs Council said in a statement on Monday that those directly, or indirectly responsible for a Boeing passenger liner's crash in eastern Ukraine will be brought to justice.
“The Council underlines that those directly and indirectly responsible for the downing of MH17 will be held accountable and brought to justice,” the Council said in its conclusions published on Nov. 17.
