MOSCOW - Russia has not provided the European Union with detailed information on its plans to build a gas storage hub at the Turkish-Greek border, Head of the EU Delegation to Russia Vygaudas Usackas said.

“We have not been given arguments and facts as to how Russia will build the Turkish hub, when it is going to be built, and how relations are going to develop between the Russian supplier and the consumers, namely European companies,” Usackas said at a press conference at the Interfax main office on Thursday.

The decision to stop the South Stream gas pipeline project was made not in Brussels but in Moscow, he said.
