Kharkiv, February 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A meeting of former European Parliament President Pat Cox and former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko at Kharkiv-based Central Clinical Hospital No. 5, where the ex-premier is undergoing treatment, took place in the bathroom, where Tymoshenko is staying as part of her civil disobedience campaign, the ex-premier's daughter, Eugenia Tymoshenko, has said.

“They came to the room, in which she is staying, the bathroom,” Tymoshenko told journalists on February 6, following a meeting with her mother.

According to her, European Parliament’s observers were shocked by the conditions in which the ex-premier is held at the clinic.

“They were horrified by the conditions, they saw the video displays, they saw male staff and security guards there, they saw the cameras, and they understood everything and were deeply affected by everything… They were really shocked to see the cameras… They examined everything. They realize that one cannot get better in such conditions,” Tymoshenko said.

She did not tell the journalists what the EP observers and Tymoshenko discussed.

“Sorry, I can’t tell you… The meeting was held in a very good and warm atmosphere. They discussed everything they needed to discuss,” Tymoshenko said.
