A march and rally in support of Ukraine's European integration was held in the center of Kyiv.

Most of the marchers opposing the current pause in Ukraine’s European integration gathered on European Square.

Over 100,000 people joined the People’s Assembly for European Ukraine, according to the Batkivschyna party.

Marchers were holding national flags, as well as flags of the
European Union and of the parties Batkivschyna, UDAR, Svoboda, Popular
Rukh and UNA-UNSO National Assembly – Ukrainian National Self Defense.

Most of them wore national and European Union flag ribbons.

The Ukrainian government on November 21 suspended preparations for signing an association agreement with the European Union.

Opposition parties said the “pause” was unacceptable and demanded the
fulfillment of all the terms Ukraine is to comply with for signing the
association agreement at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on
November 28 and 29.
