The Finance Ministry of Ukraine expects that the general fund of local budgets would receive Hr 91 billion of revenue.

“According to the expert estimates, the projected revenue to the general fund of local budgets in 2015 would total Hr 91 billion, which is Hr 17.4 billion more than the figure approved by local authorities for the whole year,” the ministry said in a presentation posted on its website.

As reported, revenue of the general fund of local budgets in Jan.-June 2015 totaled Hr 44.6 billion, which is Hr 12.2 billion or 37.7 percent more year-over-year. Revenue from individuals’ income tax grew by 16.2 percent, to Hr 23.6 billion, from land fee – by 25.9 percent, to Hr 6.6 billion. The annual targets for these indicators were fulfilled by 54.3 percent and 57.4 percent respectively.

The new additional 5 percent excise duty brought Hr 3.2 billion to local budgets, property tax – Hr 274.7 million with the annual target of Hr 226.2 million.
