A PAZ bus with around 30 passengers and a Renault truck collided on the road bypassing Brody in Lviv region on Friday. 

Five people were killed in the road accident, according to the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine.

“Five people were killed in the road accident (three passengers died at the scene of the bus crash, the driver of the bus died on the way to hospital, and one more woman died at the hospital),” reads the service’s statement.

The state service also reported that 22 injured people were examined at Brody Central District Hospital and 12 of them were hospitalized as of 1500.
