Five Ukrainian servicemen were killed and another 25 were wounded in the combat zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day, government military spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.
“We have lost five Ukrainian servicemen in the hostilities over the past day, and another 25 have been injured,” Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Feb. 16.
Despite the ceasefire regime put into place last night, the militants has conducted 88 attacks on Ukrainian army positions by now, he added.
