You're reading: Former employees’ Mystetsky Arsenal museum accused of causing Hr 3 million in damage to state

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine has opened a criminal case against former employees of the Mystetsky Arsenal (Arts Arsenal) National Cultural Art and Museum Complex in Kyiv on charge of abuse of office causing UAH 3 million in damage to the state.

The violations were exposed as a result of the checks of the compliance with legislation during the use of the budget funds assigned for the reconstruction of Mystetsky Arsenal and the construction of premises at 28-30 Ivan Mazepa Street, the PGO’s media relations department reported on Wednesday

The criminal proceedings were launched under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code (the abuse of power or office).
