DONETSK - Four soldiers were injured in an accidental explosion on Wednesday on a Ukrainian army base in Artemivsk, Donetsk region, Artemivsk City Council said.
“The incident had been caused by the negligent use of a specialized vehicle,” the council said in a statement.
The blast was audible throughout the city, it said, citing witnesses.
