Four Aidar battalion servicemen have been wounded in an attack on a roadblock near the village of Rodyna, which is incorporated in the town of Zolote in Luhansk region, head of Luhansk Region Military and Civilian Administration Hennadiy Moskal said on May 26.

The Rodyna roadblock came under grenade launcher fire from the direction of the militant-occupied town of Pervomaisk at about 4.00 p.m. Kyiv time on May 26, he said.

“This is the only roadblock in Luhansk region entitled to regulate traffic across the contact line. Four soldiers of the Aidar battalion were injured by grenade fragments. They were taken to hospital in Severodonetsk, Moskal’s press service said.

There have been bombardments and clashes in the towns of Popasna and Schastya as well, it said.
