An Interfax-Ukraine reporter learned from the ex-premier's supporters, who are staying near the hospital, that Harms entered the territory of the hospital at around 10.00 on Monday.
According to an informed source, the German doctor came to Kharkiv on Sunday night.
Some media reported that Harms was planning to stay in Kharkiv until July 11.
