Kharkiv, February 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Doctors from the German Clinic Charite may visit former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko at Kharkiv-based Central Clinical Hospital No. 5, where she is undergoing treatment, next week, the ex-premier's daughter, Yevhenia Tymoshenko, has said.

“The embassy informed us that they are likely to come next week. They know that her health state has deteriorated and they have to come and examine her on their own,” Tymoshenko told journalists on February 6.

She did not specify whether the ex-premier would participate in the interrogation of a witness on the criminal case on the murder of Ukrainian parliamentarian Yevhen Scherban via a video linkup due on Thursday, February 7. At the same time, she stressed that her mother was in poor health condition.

“She is unable to participate due to her health state,” Tymoshenko said.

She added that the ex-premier would consult on the issue with her defense lawyer on Thursday.
