MOSCOW - The implementation of the wide-scale project for the development of a chain of gas fueling stations in Europe has come into conflict with a German regulator.

Gazprom Germania in an annual report said that the Federal Network Agency with a decision from May 20, 2014, required that the activity of Gazprom Germania GmbH on the trade of compressed natural gas at fueling stations be stopped. Gazprom Germania has appealed the decision of the Federal Network Agency in court proceedings at the Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court.

A decision on this lawsuit has not yet been made, the company said.
