Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel has stated that the German Foreign Ministry is holding talks with the Ukrainian government on a possibility of sending former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko for treatment in the Charite Clinic in Berlin, according to the press service of the Batkivschyna Party.

"We, from Germany’s side, have sent doctors to examine her several times. The doctors think that treatment could be successful in a German hospital. The Foreign Ministry of Germany, as well as the Chancellery, are trying to agree on that," Merkel said in an interview with NDR Info radio station.
