If Ukraine wants to have gas at a Russian price, the country should enter the united economic space with Russia – the Customs Union, and there could not be other rules of price formation, Sergei Glazyev, the secretary at large of the Customs Union, said on Friday on the Fifth TV Channel.

"We’re speaking about trade and economic relations that are regulated by agreements and international law. Under the agreements, gas comes to Ukraine without the exports duty – Russia had made a discount [under Kharkiv agreements]. But if Ukrainian consumers want to receive gas at the Russian price, the country should enter the united economic space with Russia. How can it be otherwise? There cannot be other rules of price formation," Glazyev said.
