The first stage of "all-for-all" prisoners of war exchanges between the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and Kyiv should take place within the next few days, before the New Year holidays, Vladislav Deinego, chief negotiator at Minsk meetings of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, told Interfax on Dec. 26.

“A clear agreement was reached concerning POW exchanges. The first stage, which should take place before Dec. 30, will be in the format of 150 for 225. Our further measures will depend on the results of this exchange,” he said.
