The mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which arrived to Kyiv on Nov. 11 has finished its work, a source in the government has told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Today the mission experts have left,” the source said.
As reported, the mission experts were to discuss the current economic situation in the country with Ukrainian authorities, as well as progress in the implementation of the Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) and the Ukrainian policy aimed at supporting the macroeconomic and financial stability and resuming growth of the country’s economy.
In the middle of November (IMF) Deputy Communications Spokesperson William Murray said that the mission will start reviewing the SBA with Ukraine only after the formation of a new Cabinet of Ministers.
