Nadia Savchenko, the female pilot who was kidnapped by militants and brought to Russia, where she is charged with complicity in murder, and who is also a member of the Verkhovna Rada, has been approved as a member of Ukraine's delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said. 

“Official: Nadia Savchenko approved as a member of the [Ukrainian] delegation to the PACE and got all relevant privileges and immunities,” Klimkin tweeted on Jan. 26.
