Typical POR style of masking the real expense figures from the public. The expenses are going to be much higher, especially when you factor in corruption by Yanuk "boys". Yanuk and the POR are guided by greed and not morals. They have no choice but to hide the real expense figures from the poor Ukrainian citizen on EURO 2012. Yanuk "boys" have their paws into the pie and at expense of the citizens of Ukraine. This why they have to constantly be changing the figures and it is to mask the corruption taking place on a daily basis.
