The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has declared wanted the 'people's governor' of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Pavlo Hubarev, and the 'prime minister' of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Vasyl Nikitin.

The Interior Ministry put Hubarev’s and Nikitin’s names in the
section on its website dealing with “people hiding from authorities” as
individuals hiding from the Ukrainian Security Service’s Investigative
Directorate.

Hubarev has been considered missing since May 26. He has been charged
with “actions aimed at violently changing or overthrowing the
constitutional system or seizing power.”

Nikitin has been considered missing since May 28 and is suspected of
committing “deliberate actions aimed at changing the borders of
Ukraine’s territory or state border or its constitutional system in
collusion between several individuals.”
