Ukraine hopes to raise nearly 1.5 billion euros of the donor funds to restore Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Presidential Commissioner for Crisis Resolution in Donetsk and Luhansk region, MP Iryna Heraschenko, said.
“We’re preparing [donor conference] for December. We hope to raise 1.5 billion euros. These will be funds from the European states, United States,” she told the journalists on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
