Ukraine was suggested adopting a new separate law on a special status of Donbas and a full amnesty for militiamen at the Paris talks last week but Kyiv denied the proposals, Deputy Head of Ukraine's presidential administration Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has said.

“We were pushed towards adopting a new separate law on a special status of Donbas,” he told a briefing conference in Kyiv on Oct. 5, adding that they also talked about passing a new law on a full amnesty and a law on elections but Kyiv rejected these claims.
